10th JDC | The court allowed counsel/parties that agree to a continuance to do so by letter. |
11th JDC | The court held pretrials with the parties and their counsel before each hearing/trial. The court gave the parties ample opportunity to reach a resolution and/or agreement before going into trial. |
15th JDC | The court held hearing officer conferences to reduce litigation costs by allowing parties to reach resolution in a mediated setting, resulting in less expensive attorney fees. |
22nd JDC | The court continued work to reduce family law costs and re-evaluated costs and funding for bond and specialty court programs. |
