10th JDC
The court had telephone status conferences as needed. Judges provided special settings for counsel when necessary.
18th JDC
The court reorganized the calendar to allow for larger blocks of time to schedule civil trials which require up to two weeks to try.
32nd JDC
The 32nd JDC offered additional trial weeks.
35th JDC
The 35th JDC did not grant continuances based upon attorney procrastination.
Caddo Parish Juvenile Court
Caddo Parish Juvenile Court employed all the statutory requirements of the Children's Code.
East Baton Rouge Family Court
East Baton Rouge Family Court used ex parte custody hearing held daily by the duty judge.
East Baton Rouge Juvenile Court
The court facilitated expedited trials by meeting all time lines for each case type as outlined in the Louisiana Children's Code.
Jefferson Parish Juvenile Court
The court used docketing and case management systems in place through IJJIS.
