16th JDC
The court provided in-house information technology training on an ongoing basis and paid for continuing employee education and training. The court sent employees to conferences on a regular, ongoing basis.
22nd JDC
The court offered education on education-based therapies.
29th JDC
The court required all court personnel to complete on-line ethics and sexual harassment prevention training.
East Baton Rouge Juvenile Court
The court provided sexual harassment training and ethics training to the entire staff at the court's Annual Professional Development Day. All of the Court's minute clerks became licensed as Certified Digital Reporters. The court hosted Child in Need of Care (CINC) Facilitation Team Meetings.
Jefferson Parish Juvenile Court
The court provided cross-training weeks to ensure staff were prepared to back-up key positions.
