16th JDC | The court provided in-house information technology training on an ongoing basis. Also, the court paid for continuing employee education and training and sent employees to conferences on a regular, ongoing basis. |
19th JDC | The court holds a professional development day every other year, and held one during this reporting period. The focus was on conflict resolution in the workplace. |
29th JDC | The court required on-line Ethics training for all court personnel. |
East Baton Rouge Family Court | The court implemented an in-service professional development day for all employees. |
