4th JDC	Costs of implementation
10th JDC	The courthouse has only one courtroom for jury trials. As many as six cases are set at one time to get people to trial as quickly as possible. Also, the court accommodates with special settings.
17th JDC	Resistance to change and fear of technology are the main obstacles.
18th JDC	Docket conflicts with judge training. Could some of the training be made available online?
38th JDC	Difficulty in traveling to New Orleans for Judicial College seminars. If the training was located in Lafayette or Lake Charles, attendance would be more frequent.
