13th JDC
The court website directs litigants to forms used by other jurisdictions.
15th JDC
Court-approved consent agreements are sometimes used in protective order hearings, in lieu of a protective order. As these agreements are issued for a limited period of time, litigants are given a form in court, which they can later file to secure a more permanent resolution.
22nd JDC
The court is developing self-help videos, including information on non-support, paternity, and other matters as prosecuted through the district attorney's office.
Jefferson Parish Juvenile Court
The court translated forms into Spanish to accommodate the public.
