Judicial involvement to require judges' personal staff to adhere to meetings/procedures

Resistance of some employees and judges to the use of technology.

The court has employees who were not accustomed to using their out-of-office message and did not cooperate with requests to do so.

The court suffered internet problems in St. James and Assumption, which may force it to change calendaring system so that all can use one calendar.
