Conference calls among judges as needed; staff meeting as needed

15th JDC
The 15th JDC found that during emergency situations (like recent flooding) when courthouses are closed, the use of texting rather than e-mails was a more reliable option if responses were needed.
19th JDC
The judicial administrator encouraged all employees and judges to use out-of-office messages when they'll be away from their offices for a day or more. This greatly cuts down on the task of "tracking someone down" when they don't answer an e-mail.

The court used direct phone call reminders, emails, and written notes.
