BATON ROUGE CITY COURT
The court surveyed understanding of expectations, being kept informed about matters that affect them, level of motivation, communication within division, communication with Administration, recognition and praise received, feeling of being valued, caring environment, perception of court in the community, pride in work.
JEFFERSON PARISH 2ND PARISH COURT
Although the court did not conduct a specific survey, the court conducted regular reviews and conversations with staff and administrators.
