The judge participated in a Leadership Ascension lecture to local leaders, telling them about the court and how it works.
BAKER CITY COURT
The judge participated in Louisiana Judicial College and First Circuit Judges Association programs
BATON ROUGE CITY COURT
The judges participated in the City & Juvenile Judges Conference, Spring Judges Conference, Summer School for Judges, Bench Bar Conference, Fall Judges Conference
CROWLEY CITY COURT
The judge provided school tours through the courtroom and talked at local schools regarding school attendance laws.
JEFFERSON PARISH 1ST PARISH COURT
The judges participated in LSU Trial Advocacy and Nuts & Bolts Court Reporter Seminar.
LAFAYETTE CITY COURT
One judge is a member of the Law Institute and a member of an advisory program with the National Center for State Courts. The program compiled and disseminated best practice materials of municipal courts nationwide.
MINDEN CITY COURT
CC-READY, a life skills training program for juveniles that will hopefully teach juveniles important life skills and reduce or eliminate juvenile recidivism. C-City C-Court R-Resiliency E-Elevation A-Ambition D-Direction for Y-Youth.
NEW IBERIA CITY COURT
The judge is the Chairman of the 16th JDC Children & Youth and Planning Board.
NEW ORLEANS MUNICIPAL AND TRAFFIC COURT
The judges took part in the 4th Circuit Judges Association, Louisiana Judicial Council, and the National Bar Association.
SLIDELL CITY COURT
The judge speaks annually to the Slidell Police Department Citizens Academy and to the Northshore Leadership Program on Court Procedure and Jurisdiction.
WINNFIELD CITY COURT
As a member of the Louisiana Juvenile and Family Court Judges Council, the judge attended liaison meetings and meetings with state agencies.
