9th JDC | The court used telephone status calls to assist in any discovery problems or to simply work through an issue for civil cases. |
15th JDC | Family Court judges set full merit weeks to handle cases that require extensive testimony. |
16th JDC | Pauper forms were provided during child support court hearings. Defendants were given detailed instructions regarding completion of the forms. The completion and filing of these forms allowed individuals to have a hearing officer conference to try to develop a joint custody implementation plan or visitation plan and, if necessary, a court hearing on the issue. |
