5th JDC	The court had trouble finding competent linguists.
32nd JDC	Inconsistent performance by other public agencies.
36th JDC	Deputies' failure to understand some court functions.
38th JDC	The court employed a law clerk that speaks Spanish as well as English and assisted the public as needed. The court also used interpreters as needed.
Jefferson Parish Juvenile Court	Juvenile matters are generally closed to the public.
