1st Circuit | The court posted information on the "Announcement" section of the court website to notify the general public, the bench, and the bar of ongoing court activities. |
2nd Circuit | The court continued to hire students from law schools as interns, providing law students experience in the appellate process and the operation/activities of the court. |
3rd Circuit | The court published news releases on its website and sent notices to the local papers and television stations providing coverage in the circuit.
When the court rode circuit to hold court in other parishes, the judges also provided classroom instruction to the local high school students who attended the oral argument. This year the court held oral arguments in St. Martinville and Crowley. |
