2nd Circuit | Second Circuit judges routinely served as speakers at area seminars, discussing appellate advocacy, writs, etc. Two judges co-chaired the entire continuing legal education programs for the local bar for the last two years. The Central Staff director spoke on writs and how cases are processed through this court. Judge Caraway will be teaching at LSU Law Center as an adjunct professor in the fall of 2016. |
3rd Circuit | The court implemented a program for judges' law clerks and staff attorneys to join the local Inns of Court. This program facilitated interaction between the court and bar and educated attorneys about professionalism. |
