9th JDC
The court is more inclined than other partners to explore the use of technology in the furtherance of facilitating court hearings via video conferencing. This creates a "wall" that slowed or ceased the intent of using technology for security, cost and overall procedural efficiency.
15th JDC
Lack of funding derailed a project to network all courtroom digital recorders across the district. The project would have allowed those persons with access to the network (judges, court reporters) to retrieve recorded courtroom audio from any location by logging onto a single server.
