3rd JDC
The court participated in a program with the sheriff and district attorney to educate leaders of community regarding the criminal justice system.
4th JDC
The court arranged court visits for students and schools.
7th JDC
The court participated in mentoring the LSU-Alexandria basketball team.
16th JDC
The judges visited classrooms, gave talks at various forums, participated in Judicial Ride-Along programs, sponsored tours of the court, and participated in school shadow programs on a regular ongoing basis. The judges also met with local legislators, as they do annually. Also, the court maintained a website which includes information about the court in general as well as individual divisions.
